Loved our stay!
We had an amazing stay! The condo was modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—with a fresh, clean scent that made us feel right at home. It truly set the tone for a perfect vacation. Everything we needed was provided, right down to the beach chairs! Check-in was a breeze, and the location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from Playa San Juan. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning, with the Mediterranean on one side and Mountains on the other. Don’t hesitate to book this place—you won’t regret it!

The flat was just lovely, very clean and had everything you needed right next to a gorgeous beach just a few minutes away with some restaurants, tram stop into Alicante is near which takes 30 mins, view from the balcony is amazing, we were there in February for 5 nights , the weather was pleasant , nice little break from the Scottish cold weather.

PERFECT PLACE!
PERFECT LOCATION/GORGEOUS! we loved the location of this unit, it's even better than in photos; there are also great restaurants and shops within feet and the beach in this area is just the best. Teresa was also SO KIND and attentive. we would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay!
Excellent apartment! It was very clean and had plenty of bedding, kitchen utensils etc. The keys were easy to collect from the host and the location is amazing, The host was very helpful with changes after the booking and communicated quickly. There are a lot of posts about the air-condition. The bedrooms could get hot. But if you leave the air-conditioning on over night and sleep with your door slightly open with the ceiling fan on there is no problem.

Is the apartment really on the seafront?
Yes. The building faces San Juan Beach and you can see the sea from the terrace. The sand is a one-minute walk away.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:30 and check-out is by 11:00. If you need different times, message us and we will do our best.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival and no-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
You pay when you book by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, the payment platform used by millions of businesses. We never see your card details.
Send us your dates by WhatsApp or email and we will confirm availability and price. To confirm the booking, a 30% deposit is paid by bank transfer; we send you the details when we confirm availability. The balance is also paid by bank transfer 30 days before arrival. If you book later than that, the full amount is paid on confirmation.
How do I collect the keys?
A few days before you arrive we will message you to agree a time. We will meet you at the apartment and show you around.
Do you have a baby cot?
Yes, the apartment has a cot. Just ask when you book and we will have it ready free of charge.
Why do you need my ID or passport?
Spanish law requires every tourist accommodation to register its guests with the Ministry of the Interior. Your data is used for that purpose only.
